Most of our properties are `Pet Friendly`. There is $200 fee per pet (cats or dogs). We do require liability insurance for larger breed pets, i.e., Doberman, German Shepards, Pit-Bulls, etc. Ask for details on specific dog breeds.
We have a 24HOUR emergency maintenance number.
We do accept and work with the Section 8 Program for specific properties.
We use TREC lease agreements and Tenant Tracker for part of our screening procedures.
When you are ready to personally view one of our properties, please give us a call. We will arrange a personal viewing opportunity.
